From mission problem to accredited capability in live operational use
Phase one
Discovery
and shaping
Every engagement starts with the mission problem: users, constraints, data, security boundary and commercial objective. Senior engineers, not account managers, run the discovery.
You leave with a clear technical direction, delivery options and a costed statement of work with defined acceptance criteria before anyone writes code.

Phase two
Assurance and
architecture
We design for the real operating environment: secure by design, sovereign hosting, accreditation-ready governance, supply chain assurance and explicit acceptance criteria. Assurance is built into the architecture rather than bolted on at the end, which is why our work survives scrutiny from defence primes, government customers and regulators.

Phase three
Build, deploy
and sustain
Small senior teams build in short cycles, integrate with existing systems and deploy into live operational use. Prototype to MVP typically takes two to four weeks.
We then sustain and extend the capability as requirements, data and threats change, so what we deliver keeps earning its place.
