Lead Software Developer

We are looking for a Lead Software Developer to own the technical direction of secure, mission-focused software delivered into defence, national security and critical industry environments.

You will lead small senior teams from discovery through to live deployment: shaping architecture, setting engineering standards, working directly with customers and their users, and making the trade-offs that keep delivery fast without compromising assurance.

We are interested in strong cloud-native and data engineering experience, comfort with secure-by-design practice, and the judgement to build what the mission actually needs. Experience with Palantir, geospatial or intelligence workflows is an advantage. UK-based applicants who are eligible for security clearance only.
